Aaron started his aviation career in the U.S. Air Force as a jet engine mechanic. At the end of his 20+ years of service in maintenance, he retired from the military as an aircraft-quality assurance inspector. Before starting ACE with his friend Brandon, Aaron worked as the chief inspector for a Part 145 CRS for about five years. When not at work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and their four kids, working out in the yard, and playing disc golf.
Brandon’s first ten years in aviation were spent working as a helicopter mechanic and crew chief in the U.S. Army. After earning his FAA A&P licenses, he took a job as a mechanic working on an emergency response helicopters for about 18 months before joining the U.S. Air Force as a jet engine mechanic. While working in the Air Force, Brandon completed his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering before retiring with 21+ years of military service. Before starting ACE with his friend Aaron, Brandon worked 5+ years for a Part 145 CRS as an engineer, designing aircraft replacement parts and instructions for installation. When Brandon isn’t at work or spending time with his wife Dana and their daughter, he’s helping friends and family with their mechanical problems, playing golf, and spending time with friends.
